Strumień

Strumień is an urban drinking fountain designed for public spaces in Bielsko-Biała. It is an alternative to typical urban drinking fountains with standard and repeatable forms, unrelated to the identity of the places where they appear. The form of the project is inspired by the panorama of the Beskid peaks and valleys in the landscape of Bielsko-Biała. The waterer has a wavy shape that allows it to be conveniently used by adults, children, people in wheelchairs and even pets. Additionally, it also enables water mist spraying during the summer heat. The whole thing was designed using a bent, round profile made of high-quality stainless steel, in which there was a water installation equipped with hidden spouts, overflows and nozzles activated by buttons. Dividing the Stream into smaller modules allows you to freely shape its target silhouette before installation, depending on the surroundings, the number of elements and the available space in a given location.
