Since the first edition of the Industrial Design Competition "Projekt ARTING" in Bielsko-Biała, i.e. for 16 years, the most important message of the organizers has been to stimulate cooperation between the environment of designers and entrepreneurs. This element of cooperation between artists and engineers is included in the name of the competition itself. Meanwhile, in bodies with established, long-standing economic traditions, where the managerial principle of minimum risk applies, creativity aimed at introducing new patterns and projects is not a strong point in the development process.
