WATER-BIN

One of the most important problems of modern cities is environmental pollution. The "Water-bin" waste bin project supports the city in improving the ecosystem. Its basic function is to collect waste. A division was introduced into mixed waste, paper, plastic and glass. The shape of the bin lid with segregation was designed in the legacy to collect rainwater in the tank between the partitions. A filter powered by a photovoltaic panel was installed inside. It makes drinking water for animals that need more hydration due to rising temperatures. At the foot of the bin there is a waterer for animals, which they can start themselves by pressing a button with their paw. The lid of the mixed waste part was also designed in the legacy so that the photovoltaic panel mounted on it could more easily "catch" the sun's rays. The container was painted with anti-smog paint to purify the air in the area. The selected color refers to the logo of the city of Bielsko-Biała, and its cross-sectional shape resembles the mountains, which are an inseparable part of this city. The simple design of the bin makes it fit into any part of the city, increasing its aesthetic value.
