ALTERN is a public road transport vehicle in which the impact of external factors and traffic jams is minimized. Autonomous, comfortable and electric, it is powered by the ground traction network. Equipped with lithium-ion batteries, it can also temporarily move off the grid and choose the most optimal route to the destination. Systemically, it should operate within the framework of BRT (Bus Rapid Transit).
