The conference is a pretext for meeting representatives of various scientific disciplines and practitioners and asking how they understand a happy city. Can cities be happy if the communities that create them are not? Can we design happiness? How to implement the assumptions of a happy city? Or maybe the idea should be considered a utopia from the outset? These topics will be raised by invited guests, first in individual lectures, then developed in a moderated discussion.
